So our flight was delayed getting back into Japan, and we arrived back to our hostel around 1:00am. Our plan was to get up early (again!) and head to the city to view and eat in the famous Tsukiji Fish Market. Needless to say, I was VERY happy we visited!
After that we headed to the famous Shibuya Scramble, visited a Goat Cafe, and then headed back to Jen's home - in the ikego military base in Yokosuka.
We also stopped and had some amazing coffee on our way to the fish market at Turret Coffee.

It really was the Best Coffee Ever!

The Tsukiji Fish Market!!

Fresh scallops and sea urchin, cooked right in front of us. It was AMAZING!

Best sushi I have ever had! Like EVER!!!

Next we walked to the Metro to head to the Shibuya Scramble and I discovered all these statues dedicated to dogs! Made me love Tokyo and Japan even more!

We were just a tad-bit sleepy...

The Metro was ALWAYS full! Tokyo is such a large city!

The Scramble!

Another dog statue! So Jen and I saw tons of people taking photos with this pup, so I tried to ask about him with some locals, and they stated that he was a famous pup who was loyal to his master. Love it! The story behind it was, "The Tokyu Toyoko Line opened in 1932, making Shibuya a key terminal between Tokyo and Yokohama, and was joined by the forerunner of the Keio Inokashira Line in 1933 and the forerunner of the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line in 1938. One of the best-known stories concerning Shibuya is the story of Hachikō, a dog who waited on his late master at Shibuya Station every day from 1923 to 1935, eventually becoming a national celebrity for his loyalty. A statue of Hachikō was built adjacent to the station, and the surrounding Hachikō Square is now the most popular meeting point in the area."

Goat Cafe! Tokyo is somewhat known for their animal cafes and so I had to visit one!

Next we headed back to Jen's home went to the best curry house EVER! Coco's!!

I took of picture of this, because these vending machines are everywhere in Japan. If the button is red, then that means the drink is served warm - if it is blue, then it is served cold. I was able to try a few and they were really good!

So that ended day 5 of my journey. Day 6... Mount Fuji!
